This is our hatchery located in New
Baltimore, Michigan. We are open to
visitors Fridays 10am to 6pm and
Saturdays 10am to 5pm.
This is our pond where we raise our
koi. They are available each spring
through fall.

Wet Thumb Aquatics? We are a family owned business
since 1957.
Our name says it all! We are a unique hatchery
with many aquariums.We have over 50 years
experience spawning fish. Although we
specialize in African Cichlids, our spawning
expertise does not end there. We also spawn
South and Central American Cichlids,
Rainbows, Catfish and many others.
WTA strives to provide the best and fairest
prices on all of our fish and supplies but price
is not everything. We have a long history
of providing our customers with superior
service and expertise which sets us apart from
other tropical fish hatcheries. By offering a
wide range of fish and accessories we are able
to cater to the expert enthusiast, the beginner
and everyone in between. When you buy fish
from us, we guide you on proper environments,
nutrition, care, and we are committed to your
successful experience with your fish. Our
commitment does not end once the sale is
completed. Our staff is available by phone,
fax and email should any questions arise.
